Two men demand Oxycodone in pharmacy robbery

LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. – Pennsylvania State Police are on the lookout for two men who robbed the Rite Aid, at shopping complex at 469 W. Penn Avenue in Cleona Borough.  It happened at about 5:45 p.m Tuesday.

The suspects walked into the store and went directly to the pharmacy. One of the suspects placed a note on the counter that demanded 30 mg of Oxycodone and warned that he had a weapon. The note also advised that no one would be harmed as long as they get the Oxycodone.

The pharmacist handed the suspect a bottle containing 100 pills and a partial bottle containing 10 pills. The total value was $285.00.  The suspects then left the store through the front door and fled in an unknown direction.

They possibly fled in a red Dodge truck which was seen headed out of the parking lot of shopping mall towards W. Penn Avenue at a high rate of speed.
