McMillan proceeded to jump out of the vehicle and ran towards Orky’s Bar & Grill. She ran into the kitchen, prompting Orky’s employees to call the police.

McMillan was taken into custody and transported to Cumberland County Booking Center. She was issued a citation for Public Drunkenness.
