Sarah Napoli, of Mechanicsburg, was arrested on charges of corruption of minors, according to Upper Allen Police Department.

The 21-year-old allegedly sold or furnished liquor, malt or brewed beverages to minors, police report. Police officers discovered her role in supplying underage individuals alcohol when they were called to a missing persons call.

A juvenile was reported missing Saturday, June 11. Officers responded to the 900 block of Emily Drive, where they gathered information in an attempt to find the missing juvenile, who was located at a local hotel. The juveniles had attended a party at the hotel earlier that evening.

When found, the juvenile was transported to the hospital from the hotel for treatment of an alcohol overdose, police reported. An investigation led to identifying Napoli as the suspect whom purchased and provided the alcohol.

Police filed charges against Napoli, and a preliminary hearing was held on Monday, August 22. Charges were bound over to the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas for further prosecution.
