DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. – Chance Holmes, 29, previously of Penbrook and wanted on charges from two different incidents earlier this summer, surrendered himself at the Penbrook Police Department Friday morning.
Homes was arraigned on Robbery, Assault, and related charges and later released after posting $15,000 bail.
The charges stem from two different domestic dispute incidents involving a 21 year old Penbrook woman.
