WEST LAMPETER TOWNSHIP, Pa.– Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the pictured man that was observed stealing merchandise from a K-Mart.
On August 28, this man was observed removing merchandise from the K-Mart on 2600 Willow St. Pike.
He then fled the area in a small blue SUV that is believed to be similar to a Toyota Rav 4.
