East Pennsboro Township Police Department filed charges against a 53-year old man, who has allegedly been stalking and harassing an ex-girlfriend.
A police report claims on Thursday, August 25 at approximately 11:30 pm, the victim contacted the department for ongoing harassment. The call was made from the 1st Block of Ashford Dr.
When they arrived at the residence, police said, they found Randy Wallace, of the 200 block of Linton Hill Road, Duncannon. Over the past few months, he has had numerous incidents involving over 400 phone calls, and times when the victim would see Wallace parked by her car when she was out shopping.
The victim had a previous relationship with Wallace, police said. Stalking and harassment charges were filed Friday, Sept. 2.
