DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. – A Hummelstown man is arrested on multiple sexual assault charges. A male victim told police that Timothy Ryan Harper, 21, entered his home and sexually assaulted him. The incident allegedly happened on July 15 in the 200 block of West Main Street in Hummelstown.
Charges against Harper include Rape, Sexual Assault and Aggravated Indecent Assault.
