QUARRYVILLE, Pa.-- The annual Labor Day Auction that has been held in the Lampeter Fairgrounds for the past 15 years is moving to a new location.

This year, the Solanco Fairgrounds will serve as the site of the Labor Day Auction.

The auction, which supports Hospice & Community Care, brought in a record $520,000 dollars last year.

With a great new location, the hope is that the auction can continue to grow in 2016. Despite the event being called the "Labor Day' auction, there are events beginning as early as Saturday morning.

Today on FOX43 Morning News, Steve Knaub, President & CEO of Hospice & Community Care will be stopping by the set to preview some of this weekend's events.

For more information, you can visit the auction's website here, and view a full schedule of events here.
