Police identify pedestrian hit and run suspect, warrant issued

LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. – Annville Township Police have identified the driver who fled the scene after hitting a pedestrian late Thursday afternoon.  It happened at about 4:50 p.m. in front of the Speedway at 750 E. Main Street.  The 65-year-old victim suffered moderate injuries.

With the help of witnesses, police were able to obtain a partial license plate and make and model of the fleeing vehicle. With help from other agencies, a specific car was identified along with the owner, 38-year-old Vincent Everett DeBor.

Police obtained an arrest warrant for DeBor, who has no known current address. He has past addresses in Palmyra, Mechanicsburg, and Hershey. He is known to frequent Lebanon, and was recently arrested there.

Charges against DeBor include Fleeing a Crash scene Involving Serious Bodily Injury, along with a variety of traffic offenses.

If you see DeBor, or his white 1998 Buick Century with PA registration KDD6947, call your local police immediately.
