Police look for “suspicious” man in a white van approaching teenagers in Susquehanna Township

SUSQUEHANNA TWP, Pa- Police in Dauphin County are looking for a “suspicious” man after they received reports about him approaching a teenage girl in the area.

According to police, a suspicious man was calling out to a 15-year-old girl just before 3:00 p.m. Tuesday along the 500 block of North Progress Avenue.

The girl described the man as a possible Hispanic male in his 30’s in a white van. The girl told police he waved to her and said “Hey, come here.”

The girl did not go to the man and was able to walk away safely. Police did check the area but were not able to locate the vehicle.
