CHAMBERSBURG, Pa.– A hospital patient was jailed on Saturday after disarming a guard in the hospital.
At 3:30 p.m., Chambersburg Police responded to Chambersburg Hospital for a report of a patient disarming a guard.
Upon arrival, police found that Steven Murn was in custody after attempting to disarm the guard by force.
Murn was cleared by the medical staff and transported back to Franklin County Jail on felony charges of Disarming a Law Enforcement Officer.
