HARRISBURG, Pa.– UPDATE: The incident has been cleared and the lanes have reopened.
A multi-vehicle accident has all lanes closed on PA-230 this morning.
All lanes, both eastbound and westbound, are closed between Market and Herr Streets.
PennDOT estimates it could take until 9 a.m. to clear the scene.
