CARLISLE, Pa. — Carlisle AMVETS Ladies Post 274, Marines and other citizens gathered at the square today to honor the 15th anniversary of Sept. 11th. Around 43 people attended.
Usual monthly attendance is about 6-10. The organizations thanked local media for getting the word out. Both groups will still be on the square on the 11th of each month from 4:00 to 4:30. All are welcome to come join. Most passing cars honked their horns in support.
