Harrisburg man arrested after high speed chase

HARRISBURG, Pa- A Harrisburg man is in custody after state police say he fled an attempted traffic stop at a high rate of speed. It happened Sunday night just before 9pm. Troopers tried to pull over the driver of a Honda Civic on State Route 581. The driver took off on I-83 Northbound, exiting at the 13th Street ramp. The vehicle continued at a high rate of speed through numerous Harrisburg City streets, eventually stopping at 321 Burchfield Street. Troopers entered the residence and took Julio Rosa-Rivera, 23,  into custody and charged him with resisting arrest and fleeing and alluding.
