BUFFALO TWP., Perry County, Pa. — State Police in Perry County are warning residents about a suspicious acting man in a van in the Liverpool area. The victim reported a white van pulled into his driveway and the driver got out and approached the front door of his home. When he went out to greet the man, the driver returned immediately to the van and drove away.The next day, the same van and driver returned.He tried to enter a detached garage on the property. When he couldn’t gain access, he fled again. Anyone with similar experiences is asked to contact State Police in Newport.
