STEELTON, Pa.– Police found a woman passed out behind the wheel of her vehicle and charged her with a DUI Sunday.
At approximately 9 a.m., police were dispatched to the 100 block of Adams St.
Upon arrival, police found Gina Colon passed out behind the wheel of her vehicle that was parked in the middle of the street.
It was determined that she was intoxicated due to alcohol intake, and she was arrested for DUI.
