Man charged with stealing from Target

WARWICK TWP., Lancaster County, Pa. –A Lancaster man is accused of stealing $243 worth of merchandise from the Target located at 960 Lititz Pike on September 3rd. Josue Rivera-Mercado, 30, of the  400 block of St. Joseph Street, Lancaster, had previously been banned from Target stores because of a similar offense in July. Police identified Mercado from security footage for the incident on September 3rd and an arrest warrant has been issued.
