Coroner IDs man, woman killed in Fawn Township shooting

FAWN TWP., York County, PA. — The coroner has identified the two people killed Tuesday night in a shooting in Fawn Township, York County.

The victims were Danielle Elizabeth Taylor, 26, of Spring Grove, and Foday Cheeks, 31, of Fawn Township, according to a news release from the York County coroner’s office.

Both Taylor and Cheeks were found dead inside a home along the 700 block of Brown Road in Fawn Township around 9:56 p.m.

Reportedly, there were other people inside the home when the shooting occurred, according to the coroner’s office.

An autopsy will be performed on both Taylor and Cheeks Thursday morning at Lehigh Valley Hospital.

No other details were immediately available.

Pennsylvania State Police continue their investigation.
