JACKSON TWP., LEBANON COUNTY, Pa.– A domestic dispute ended in a stabbing on Friday night in Jackson Township, Lebanon County.

State Police say around 5:00 p.m., a man and woman got into an argument at a home on the 200-block of garden Avenue.

Troopers say the man, 25-year-old Brandin Zellers, of Myerstown, began to physically assault the woman. That’s when a 48-year old man, stepped in, pulled Zellers off the woman, and punches were then exchanged between the men.

Zellers and the other man then separated and the scuffle appeared to be over, when Zellers grabbed a knife and stabbed the man in the chest.  He suffered a puncture wound to the chest and was taken to Hershey Medical Center. State Police say the injury is not life threatening.

Zellers fled the scene, but was later captured. He is now facing multiple charges and counts of Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Reckless Endangering and Harassment. He is currently behind bars at Lebanon County Correctional Facility.
