LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – No injuries were reported in an accident involving a Penn Manor School District bus Monday afternoon.
District officials say bus #137 was struck by a car at Main Street and Woods Avenue near Conestoga Elementary School shortly after 4 p.m. Parents of the students involved in the accident were contacted.
The Conestoga students were returning home from Pequea Elementary School when the accident occurred. They were transferred to another bus and taken home. The car reportedly struck the bus as it was stopped, waiting for students to get off.
The investigation into the accident continues.
