EPHRATA, Pa. – The Ephrata Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for 24 year old Brandon Sweigart. Sweigart, formerly of the 300 block of North Reading Road, Ephrata has been charged with two counts of Burglary and two counts of Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Burglary following an investigation into separate incidents on August 10 and on August 22, at the Dutchmaid Laundry – 300 North Reading Road, Ephrata Township, Lancaster County.
