DENVER, Pa- Police say 61-year-old man exposed him self to several children in Lancaster County.
Lewis M. Martin, of the 700 block of Gehman School Road in Denver, Lancaster County was charged with corruption of minors and indecent exposure Friday.
According to police, the East Cocalico Township Police Department received a complaint from the Lancaster County Children and Youth Agency. It is alleged that Martin exposed himself to several children that live at the residence.
According to the victims, Martin, who had been on probation for a similar incident, began exposing himself to them a few weeks after his probation expired in October 2014.
Police say these incidents occurred until at least June 2015 and were witnessed on at least one occasion by an older relative.
Detective Keith Neff obtained a warrant for Martin’s arrest, and he was taken into custody Friday afternoon.
Investigators say Martin was arraigned in front of District Magistrate Tony Russell and is in Lancaster County Prison after failing to post bail. Bail was set at $50,000.
