Harrisburg Police arrested Ricky Counts for burglarizing both the Hadee Mosque in Harrisburg, and the Saint Stephens School in Lemoyne, according to a police report.

Counts, who was caught on camera at the Hadee Mosque, was arrested Friday, Sept. 2 in connection to that burglary. He stole an LG flat screen TV, Sony Voi lap top, various sports jerseys, a bulk package of toilet paper, and a bulk package of paper towels.

The first burglary Counts executed occurred on Sunday, August 28, police said. When they arrived at Hadee Mosque located on the 200 block of Division Street, they confirmed items were missing. Upon reviewing security footage,  Harrisburg police identified Counts as a dark-skin black man, between the ages of 50 and 60 years old. He was wearing a white hat, orange-colored shirt, and what appeared to be blue “scrub pants,” as well as black flip flops with socks. screen-shot-2016-09-26-at-9-59-07-am

He loaded all of the items on a greenish colored bike that was waiting at the main entrance along Division Street, police said. He was arraigned and released on bail.

On Sept. 19, the Harrisburg Police arrested Counts again for a burglary warrant. The second burglary happened at Saint Stephens School in Lemoyne.
