Crash claims life of 73-year-old York County woman

YORK COUNTY, Pa – York County Coroner Pam Gay identified the victim in a fatal crash involving two vehicles Thursday morning as Bonnie Goodling, 73, of West Manchester Township.

The crash happened at about 9:18 a.m. at the intersection of Greenwood Road and Bannister Street. Goodling was wearing her seat-belt when her vehicle collided with a pickup. She was taken to York Hospital where she died about an hour later. The cause of death was due to blunt force trauma and ruled accidental.

West Manchester Township Police are investigating the crash.
