Man arrested in Carlisle ‘Safe Streets’ round-up

CARLISLE, Pa.–Authorities arrested a 20-year-old man in connection to a ‘safe streets’ round up in Carlisle on Tuesday.

Sadeek Anderson, no address given, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for the sale of heroin, police said.

Officers with Carlisle Police, the Cumberland County Drug Task Force and the FBI Safe Streets Task Force searched a home along the 500 block of North Hanover Street this morning.

It was part of an ongoing operation involving Carlisle Police, Cumberland County Drug Task Force, Pennsylvania State Police and the FBI Safe Streets Task Force.

A State Police helicopter assisted in the search.

Police say this is the latest arrest into the sale of heroin and cocaine in Carlisle.
