HARRISBURG, Pa. — Democratic Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton in Harrisburg Tuesday urging Pennsylvanians to register to vote.

Clinton said, “We want everybody off the sidelines in this election making sure that you’re standing up for the kind of future that we want to have.”

Clinton spoke to hundreds of people at Zembo Shrine asking them to register to vote. One of her supporters said having a say in this election is crucial.

Charlie Heller, from York, said, “I mean it’s the future of America. It’s the future of the world that relies on this. And Pennsylvania is very high in the electoral count and it’s very important that we get young voters and everyone out.”

At the rally, Clinton said she would create more jobs in America and why she believes Donald Trump is unfit to be president. People at the rally said Clinton inspired them to register to vote.

Jamie Waters, from Selinsgrove, said, “I’m just excited that we can get our whole family registered and all the people in our area registered as well.”

Pennsylvania has voted Democrat in the last six presidential elections, and many people at the rally hope the state votes blue one more time for Clinton.

Jeremy Arnold, from Hershey, said, “You can’t affect change if you’re not willing to voice your opinion and willing to vote.”

People in Pennsylvania have only one week left to register before the October 11th deadline. Clinton said she hopes to sway more undecided voters her way.

“Now that Americans are really tuning in and understanding the consequences of this election, we’re going to attract more undecided and yes, even Republicans and certainly Independents to our campaign,” Clinton said.
