Man wearing clown mask faces charges for scaring motorists in Dauphin County

EAST HANOVER TWP, Pa-  State police say a  man wearing a clown mask jumped in front of a car Wednesday night, apparently trying to scare motorists.

According to police just before 11:00 p.m. 34-year-old Jonathan Kline, of Palmyra, was in the area of clown-mask-guyPheasant Road and Sand Beach Road in East Hanover Township,  when he jumped in front of a car.

Kline would then chase and scream at the people if they stopped or slowed down, police said.

No injuries were reported. State police are still investigating and Kline faces disorderly conduct charges.
