1 dead, 3 others injured in multi-vehicle crash on Route 30 in Lancaster County

SALISBURY TOWNSHIP, Pa.–One person is dead and three others are in critical condition following a four-vehicle crash in Lancaster County.

It happened just after 10 a.m. along Route 30 near Hoffmeier Road in Salisbury Township.

Four vehicles were involved in the crash, including a box truck, a van and two cars.

According to police, a passenger in the van died. Investigators have not yet released the person’s identity.

Right now, that stretch of Route 30 remains closed. Authorities hope to have the road reopened before rush hour.
