Man charged with running a meth lab in Lemoyne

LEMOYNE, Pa- West Shore Regional police say a  Lemoyne man is in prison after they discovered a meth lab inside his home on Wednesday.

Scotty Allen Osterman, 29, was arrested after the Cumberland County Drug Task Force served a search warrant at his home along the 800 block of Market Street around 6:00 a.m.

Police served the warrant  following an  investigation at Osterman’s home. They say Osterman also had heroin and another controlled substance, which police did not identify, inside the home when he was arrested.

Osterman is charged with manufacturing a controlled substance, risking catastrophe, recklessly endangering another person, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was arraigned and sent to Cumberland County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.
