JUST PLAIN BREEZY SUNDAY: As the clouds clear out for Sunday, the winds start really ramping up. We’ll stay cool thanks to strong northwesterly winds at 10-20mph with gusts of 25-30mph possible. To use the old saying, “Hold on to your hat!”

WE STAY COOL: The next work week starts cool, with lows dipping into the low 40s and even upper 30s in some places across Central PA. We’ll enjoy some nice sunshine this week, but you’ll need to pull that coat out of the closet for the early mornings for most of the 7-day forecast.

MATTHEW UPDATE: Luckily, the current tracks as of this afternoon have Matthew significantly weakening, and quicker than previous models suggested, as he turns out to sea. The track also has the storm staying out to sea, rather than work back around to the Bahamas as nearly all models suggested, heading into the weekend. Good news to hear after the monster storm ravaged the coast of Georgia and the Carolinas overnight.

Have a great weekend!
