POSSIBLE RECORD WARMTH
A strong area of high pressure pumps in very warm air for the next few days. You may even feel the humidity a bit too. Temperatures soar to the lower and middle 80s for Tuesday. We are likely to exceed the record of 82 set way back in 1908. The record could be reached for Wednesday too. It is also 82 degrees set in 1945. Wednesday temperatures drop a couple of degrees but remain 15 degrees above average. Highs still flirt with 80 degrees. A stray shower can’t be ruled out mid-week.
LATE WEEK SYSTEM BRINGS CHANGES
Our next system is pretty significant and brings major changes to the temperatures for the weekend. A few showers are possible Thursday, otherwise, mostly cloudy skies. Temperatures are mild and climb to the middle 70s. Shower threat increases overnight and lingers into Friday. Temperatures fall back to the upper 60s to near 70 degrees.
WEEKEND OUTLOOK
The weekend is much cooler, in fact, they drop below seasonable averages to near 60 for Saturday. Expect a breezy start with partly sunny skies. By Sunday, the winds relax a bit. Sunshine mixes with clouds and high temperatures are only a few degrees warmer in the lower 60s.
