Donations being collected in York County for hurricane victims

HANOVER, YORK COUNTY - A York County church is planning to collect items for Hurricane Matthew victims.  The First United Methodist Church in Hanover says the items will be transported via truck to Lumberton, North Carolina.

Organizers are requesting bottled water, diapers, canned goods, cereal, hygiene products and cleaning supplies.

Donations will be collected and put into a tractor-trailer parked along Baltimore Street across from Mount Olive Cemetery.
