NEWBERRY TWP- Hazmat crews are on the scene of an incident at a York County Rutter’s in Newberry Township.
Crews were called to the 2200 block of Old Trail Rd, off the I-83/PA 382 exit around 6PM.
York County 911 dispatch confirmed a tractor trailer is leaking hazardous materials from it’s load, and Hazmat is in the process of cleaning and containing the scene.
Drivers are being asked to avoid the area, but I-83 is not effected.
No word on when clean up will be completed.
