Cumberland County, PA – Magisterial District Judge Kathryn Silcox, District Court 09-3-04 covering Hampden and Silver Spring Townships, will hold all criminal court proceedings scheduled for Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at the Cumberland County Courthouse, 5th Floor. All court proceedings will remain at the scheduled times. It was necessary to move the court proceedings due to unforeseen circumstances requiring repairs to be completed at the facility that houses this District Court.
