Apple Butter Pork Chops
Fire grilled pork chops topped with an apple cider & Malbec reduction & apple butter glazed apples.
Served along w redskin smashed potatoes
Maple Ginger Carrots
3lbs fresh carrots (peeled, halved,& washed)
1 tsp fresh ginger finely chopped
1/2 tsp fresh garlic coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp fresh cilantro chopped
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp orange zest
1 cup pineapple juice
1 tsp lime juice
Bring ingredients to a boil. Tighten mixture w a cornstarch slurry (1tbsp of cornstarch to 1tbsp of water) Garnish w crushed pecans & black walnuts.

Garnish:
Lychee fruit cut in half and stuffed w blackberries(to resemble eyeballs)
