RECORD WARMTH LIKELY: The warmth continues through the middle of the week as a strong area of high pressure builds into the region. It’s another start with patchy areas of dense fog and some haze. Temperatures begin in the 50s to lower 60s with light winds. Once the fog breaks through mid to late morning, there’s more by way of sunshine Tuesday afternoon. It also feels a bit humid, with temperatures in the lower to middle 80s! This is record warmth for the region! Wednesday, the numbers come down a notch as our next system, approaches. It increases clouds, with the chance for a stray shower along the western portion of the region, but most stay dry. Highs are in the upper 70s to lower 80s.
COOLER & UNSETTLED: Our next system continues to take it’s time approaching. A few showers are possible Thursday with plenty of clouds. Much of the rain associated with this system likely waits until night to arrive. Showers linger into much of Friday. Temperatures are in the middle 70s Thursday, and then fall into the 60s on Friday.
CHILLIER WEEKEND: The weekend looks much cooler, but it is also drier. Breezy conditions and partly sunny skies are anticipated for Saturday. A few sprinkles are possible, especially northwest. Highs are in the middle to upper 50s. Sunday brings more sunshine, with temperatures just a touch higher near 60 degrees. Another wave brings back some clouds Monday, and keeps temperatures near 60 degrees.
Have a great Tuesday!
