SPRINGETTSBURY, Pa.–Police are looking for a man who was caught masturbating in a Springettsbury Township parking lot on Tuesday morning.
Officers responded to the parking lot of Sally’s Beauty Supply located along the 2800 block of East Market Street for a report of a man masturbating in his vehicle around 11:48 a.m.
A witness told police she noticed the man was fully exposed as she walked by his vehicle. The woman confronted the man and took a photo of his vehicle and his activity before he fled the scene, according to police reports.
Investigators say they were able to obtain his vehicle registration number.
The investigation is ongoing.
