HARRISBURG, Pa.–A man was hospitalized Tuesday night after being shot in Harrisburg.
According to police reports, officers on patrol heard shots fired and witnessed a man running toward Harrisburg Park Apartments located along the 1400 block of South Harrisburg Street around 7:03 p.m. Tuesday.
Investigators found the man and discovered he had been shot in the leg. The victim lost a lot of blood and lost consciousness after EMS arrived at the scene. He was rushed to Penn State Hershey Medical Center and immediately underwent emergency surgery.
So far, no arrests have been made.
