GETTYSBURG, Pa.-- Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump laid out his plan for his first one hundred days in office. People in the audience applauded his ideas at the Eisenhower Hotel and Conference Center in Gettysburg.

"We will once again have a government of, by and for the people, and importantly we will make American great again," Trump said.

Trump quoted parts of Abraham Lincoln's famous Gettysburg Address.

"It's a contract between Donald J. Trump and the American voter. It begins with bring honesty, accountability and change to Washington D.C.," Trump said.

He went on further to say his plan would be several actions to help the economy, overseas trade and national security.

"Our American workers have been treated so poorly by politicians who don't have their best interests at heart," Trump said to the crowd of a few hundred.

"Having a man like him who's not a politician, who's a businessman, I think we're going to be okay," Rita Tuchalski of Gettysburg said.

United States Congressman Scott Perry was in attendance for the event. He said Trump is the nominee that will help the economy and national security issues. Congressman Perry said both those issues are what he believes are the top two for voters.

"Donald Trump is the man who has the plan to fix those two things, and I think those are the two things most important to [voters]," he said.

The setting of the speech was a bit different that usual. Instead of crowds of thousands, it was a more intimate setting. Trump made the event more personal with it only being few hundred people through invite only.

"More or less just talking to people today," Fred Jenkins said of New Cumberland said. "He wasn't shouting or screaming or saying things out of context. He stuck pretty much to his plan."

Trump also addresses the latest claims of sexual misconduct against him. He says he will sue those women after the election and suggests the Clinton campaign is behind the allegations.
