Domestic violence incident ends in police chase in Carlisle Borough

CARLISLE BOROUGH, Pa.– A domestic violence call ended in a police chase and crash late Sunday evening.

Officers responded to the 100 block of W. Penn St. for a domestic violence incident.

The male suspect attempted to evade officers, leading them on a car chase that included multiple agencies.

The chase ended when the suspect crashed into an embankment on N. George St., just before Aresnal Road. After the crash, the suspect attempted to flee from the car, only to be quickly caught by the police.

As of now, the suspect is in Cumberland County Prison.

Overall, there were no injuries reported in the domestic violence incident or the crash.
