HARRISBURG, Pa.–An arson investigation is underway after two vehicles were torched in Harrisburg overnight.
The first was reported along the 1800 block of Zarker Street around 10:33 p.m. Monday. Fire crews were able to quickly extinguish the fire, according to Harrisburg City Fire Chief Brian Enterline.
The second vehicle fire was reported along the 2300 block of Derry Street around 1:27 a.m. Tuesday. Crews arrived on the scene and found a well-involved vehicle fire that extended into a garage.
Both vehicle fires were intentionally set, Enterline said.
Investigators do not believe the incidents are related.
