LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – East Lampeter Township Police charge an Ephrata man with Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Dustin Tyler Baranishyn, 21, was arrested at 12:07 a.m. Tuesday morning in Leola while he sat in a vehicle on the property of a closed business on Hess Road.
Following arraignment he was released.
