YORK TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Harry and Adrienne Tassou from Olivia’s Authentic Mediterranean Cuisine in Gettysburg stopped by the Fox43 Kitchen on Tuesday.

Fire roasted Brussels sprouts sautéed along w Olivias honey pepper thick cut bacon, local smoked ham, & fire roasted red pepper in a deliciously rich & creamy Romano sauce all poured over grilled chicken breast.
Served along w a pumpkin, sage, & raisin risotto.

Espilon gold tequila
Grand mariner
Simple syrup
Fresh limes
Cinnamon sticks
Fresh sliced apples
Fill glass w ice. Add tequila, cider, grand mariner, simple syrup and fresh squeezed lime juice. Shake. Garnish w fresh apple slices sprinkled w cinnamon.

Rosemary maple bourbon fizz
Jim beam black aged bourbon whiskey (or Jim beam honey may be substituted to add a bit of sweetness) Fresh squeezed lemon wedges Maple syrup Fresh rosemary Ginger ale.  Fill glass w ice. Add bourbon, fresh lemon juice, maple syrup, and a hint of rosemary. Shake. Top off w ginger ale. Garnish w fresh rosemary spring and lemon wheel.
