Police seek to ID suspect in theft of credit cards

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. – Lower Paxton Township Police are investigating a theft and access device fraud which occurred on October 20th at Panera Bread in the 5100 block of Jonestown Road.  The victim was having lunch at Panera Bread and later discovered that several of her credit cards were missing from her purse.

The theft is believed to have occurred at approximately 1:20 p.m.  Within minutes, the missing cards were used at Target on Jonestown Road for several transactions.  Shortly after, the missing cards were used for a second set of transactions at Target in Swatara Township.  The same suspect seen in a surveillance photo, used the cards at both locations.
