WEST YORK, YORK COUNTY–Two adults and two teens are facing charges for their involvement after racial slurs and lewd images were spray painted on numerous garages and street signs in West York in September, according to police reports.

Dylan “Sasquatch” Inch, 19 of York; Brittany Fuller, 22, of West York;  a 17 year-old boy and a 13-year-old boy are each charged with ethnic intimidation and criminal mischief. Inch was also charged with corruption of minors.

The incident happened back on September 17 along the 1500 and 1600 blocks of Mason Avenue in West York.

Police found obscene pictures and racist graffiti spray painted on several garages and street signs. Officers reviewed surveillance video, which showed the four suspects in the area.

During an interview with police, Fuller stated she was with the other three suspects while they were spray painting the buildings and signs, but denied any involvement. Investigators say she didn’t do anything to stop them or remove herself from the situation.

Police say damage to replace the street signs and paint over the graffiti is estimated at $150.00.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 19.
