Former Messiah College student pleads guilty to drug/alcohol charges

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. – Former Messiah College student Josip Kapular pleads guilty to possession of controlled substances on campus.

On December 2, 2015 the Upper Allen Township Police responded to Messiah College due to suspected drugs being found in Kapular’s dorm room. Police recovered twenty-two vials of liquid steroids, seventy-three capsules of steroids, several containers of Marijuana residue, and several bottles of alcohol.

Kapular, of Camp Hill was charged via summons Wednesday morning, November 9, with Possession of Controlled Substances, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and underage drinking.  He plead guilty to all charges.
