MANCHESTER TWP., York County, Pa.- Northern York County Regional Police are looking for a teenager in connection to a number of burglaries and thefts.

An arrest warrant has been issued for 19-year old Jahaire Wilson, of North York.

Police believe Wilson is responsible for stealing four cars in the Manchester and Dover Township areas, as well as taking a number of items from several other vehicles.

Police say a sneaker and cell phone, found at one of the crime scenes led them to a home in the 600-block of North George Street. There, they found a matching sneaker and items that had been stolen over the last few months.

Jahaire Wilson is being charged with Burglary, Theft by Unlawful Taking, Receiving Stolen Property and Criminal Conspiracy. Police are still searching for him.

Police said a resident of the 1200-block of Stonehenge Drive on Friday saw someone rummaging through their vehicle and heard strange noises coming from the first floor of their home. Responding officers chased two suspects but lost them in a wooded area behind the house.

They said the burglary appears to be related to vehicle thefts and thefts from vehicles in the Dover Township area between November 8th and 11th, as well as similar crimes in neighboring jurisdictions.

Anyone with information on the crimes or Wilson’s whereabouts is asked to call the Northern York County Regional Police Department at (717) 292-3647.
