Crash in Lancaster County ends with one dead

PROVIDENCE TOWNSHIP, LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa.– A Sunday evening crash claimed the life of one man.

The crash occurred around 4 p.m. Sunday evening on the 700 block of Pennsy Road. State Police say a 2014 Jeep SW pulled into the path of a red Honda CP while trying to make a left turn off of Pennsy Road. The driver of the Honda was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities have not released the name of the victim, only that is is a 58 year old man from Lancaster.

An autopsy is expected to take place Monday morning.
