LANCASTER, Pa.– A Lancaster County man already in prison has been sentenced to an additional term for sexual abuse of a second victim.
Phillip Langley, 38, received a sentence of 10-20 years in 2013 for the rape of an 11-year-old girl.
Now, Langley was sentenced to an additional 9-20 years after reaching a plea agreement with prosecutors.
These additional charges come after a second girl came forward to report sexual abuse, and Langley was then charged and convicted of additional counts, including rape.
Langley’s sentence will be served consecutively to his first term, Judge Dennis Reinaker ordered.
