CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. – Shippensburg Borough Police have an arrest warrant for 30 year old Michael Eugene-Curtis Ridley. Ridley is charged with failure to comply with registration requirements as a Megan’s Law offender, a second degree felony.
Rideley was last known to be in the Lower Allen Township area but may have fled to the Lancaster or Lebanon areas. He has an assortment of tattoos on his chest, upper back, forearms and arm.
